How do I disable all recommendations to run backup?

I am running Win11 as a VM under Linux. The Windows VM is being backup up entirely via TimeShift under the Linux Host. I am constantly being 'urged' under Win 11 to setup and run Backup. As there is no need for this, all it is, is annoying. Obviously Win 11 isn't smart enough to know it's a VM. So, what are the setting changed to stop Win 11 from bugging me?
