I have a problem with the task bar blinking when I click the window button or the control menu on the task bar. It doesn't blink all the time, it only happens when I click. But if I open a program, this problem doesn't happen. If it's a blank screen, it happens immediately. I tried reinstalling Windows and it went away, but after a while it came back.
