Random folder in my new laptop?

Hello. Just bought a new laptop a week ago and today i found a folder named "Add" in my downloads that I didn't put there. There are 4 files in it: libGLESV2.dll / opengw32sw.dll / Qt5Core.dll / Qt5Gui.dll. The folder is dated to 3 days before I bought the laptop but the files inside are dated from 2023. Why is it there and what should I do with it?
