keyboard and microphone not turning on. driver related?

im not very good with computers and so i might’ve done a not smart thing and downloaded outbyte to update my drivers. long story short; keyboard and microphone would turn on with my computer then immediately off when my pc fully turns on so i dont think its the actual keyboard or mic thats broken?. in a panicked state, i decide to factory reset my pc which uninstalled all my apps but kept my personal files. my keyboard and microphone continue to do the same thing and i have no idea whats going on, i keep uninstalling and installing drivers with no luck. im so panicked right now, please help me
