Slow internet speeds on brand new Windows 11 Desktop. All other devise on the same router pull the correct speeds.

Hello,I just purchase a new Windows 11 PC with the specs below.AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7GHz ProcessorNVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GDDR632GB DDR5-6000 RAM1TB Solid State DriveMicrosoft Windows 11 Pro10/100/1000 Network802.11ac WirelessBluetooth 4.2I have xfinity gigabit speeds and I am plugged into this desktop with a CAT6 ethernet connection, but I am only pulling 92mbps download right out of the box. I pull 37mbps upload which isn't bad, but my PS5 is connected to the same router via CAT6 ethernet and it pulls 560mbps. My phone is connect to the same router via WiFi and it pulls 380mbps.The firs
