Just recently bought the MSI katana A17 AI. I can’t do anything on it with receiving two error codes.

I’m using windows 11. These are the two error codes I continue to receive no matter what I do. Whether it’s gaming, surfing the web, or trying to watch YouTube videos. The only time I don’t have these issues is when I mess around in my files or system settings to try and resolve the issue. Right now I’m currently running a memory diagnostic. If this doesn’t work, I’m not sure what else to do. I apologize if the pictures are blurry. The error codes are KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDIRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALThe only thing I did when I first received my laptop today was plug in my Razar Kracken USB hea
