How do I reset/switch a pc to Win 11 or 10

I know this is probably not the place for this but I have gotten no help from the manufacturer. I have a Dell thin Client Optiplex 3000 that I got from a previous job that I had. It's been several months and I have tried to return it to them but they say their records show that I returned it. It just opens to the old company's website/login page I want to switch it to Win 10 or 11. How can I accomplish this. You guys have always given such useful ideas I hope you can continue with that.Thanks,Richard
