Windows 11 automatically switch to another wifi when the current wifi is "no internet"

Recently, I discovered that Windows 11 will switch to other saved WiFi after the current WiFi is "No Internet" for a few minutes automatically. But I don't want it to switch automatically, because the virtual machine's network card uses bridge mode. Once switched, the virtual machine's IP will change, affecting some background processes. I looked in Settings, but there doesn't seem to be an option to disable it. How can I disable this automatic switching without deleting the saved WiFi?
