Why I can't reset my PC with clean all drive and fully clean the drive checked.

I wanted to reset my PC to remove all files and fully clean all drive but when I choose clean all drive and fully clean the drive option it will say there was a problem resetting your PC. And if I don't choose them it will work like normal. How do I fix this?
