Cant Stream to any website using any browser (updated all browsers) except youtube. and i can stream fine in my phone

i cant seem to stream to any website using any browser except youtube and i had streamed before to the same websites in the past but just starting this past few days i just cant... i was finding solutions but no luck except using a vpn.. i know its not a connection issue because i can stream in my phone just fine but not on my laptop... (photo 1,2 and 3 has a vpn and using different browsers) (photo 4, 5 and 6 doesnt have a vpn and using different browser)
