Wsus 6.3.9600 gives wrong update uri to client.

Hello! I'm configuring WSUS to use https connection instead http. I configured it on port 8530, created self-signed certs and installed public one on all client pcs. All clients are connecting just fine, the problem is wsus then gives them wrong content URI and on wrong port:

 

1. Client connecting to https://mywsus.local:8530
   
2. Wsus gives him update from content dir at http://mywsus.local:8529
   

 

In update services mmc, in each update's "file info" there is http://mywsus.local:8529 on every file path URI. All cab updates are perfectly available at https://mywsus.local:8530, wsus just doesn't give clients the right uri. I can't find where to change it. Is it somewhere in sql configs ? IIS listens only https 8530 and http 8080 right now, I didn't find anything about http 8529 in IIS configs.
