Can't Download a Demo game because of error 0x80073cf9

I am trying to download Forza Horizon 4 Demo from the Microsoft Store but it gives the 0x80073cf9 error. I have practically tried every. I have made AUInstallAgent, I have run that Powershell command that I read everywhere, I have done wsreset and wsreset -i, I have gone to to add or remove programs and I have repaired and resetted Microsoft Store from there as well. I have installed Forza Horizon 4 Demo in the past but I uninstalled it. Now for some reason I cannot do it anymore.
