Im already do the command prompts like scannow thing, regback, bootrec /fixboot (which sometimes acces denied but I do the bootsect thing), the diskpart, list vol, the C:, the chkdsk c:, every possible commands that I watched on YouTube, I already done it, but still not working, even uninstall updates features or qualities. And I already did startup settings which I try to choose Enable safe mode or safe mode with networking, but when I choose that it says it runs some problem, and just when blue screen of death with sad face.
