Called customer service to have a license for Windows 11 Pro transferred to my new Surface. I purchased the Windows 11 Pro license from Microsoft in 9/2022 and have a receipt and order number. They gave me a key to activate Windows 11 Pro. I typed the key in and went through the steps to activate. It worked and hung up with the Microsoft rep. Now it is saying I do not have a valid license and is giving me 0xC004C003 code. Microsoft customer service gave me the code, how can I not have a valid code??? I contacted Microsoft through the help function in Windows and didn't get a call back until 9:
