Windows Search not showing apps on my computer, only showing web searches

I need help with my Windows Search settings. Before, if I wanted to go to an app in my computer, I would just start typing in the name of it in the search bar and it would eventually show up that I could quickly open it. For some reason, now, only a couple are showing up sometimes, but a lot aren't, so its hard for me to quickly open some of the programs I have. For example, if I wanted to open the calculator, I would type calc in the search bar and the app would be there to click on, but now, only links to online calculator apps show up. There are other programs that when I went to search for
