After upgrade memory in the computer from 32GB to 128GBThe system )windows 11) was updated and after it went up the taskbar disappeared.The previous 32GB memory was restored and the phenomenon remained, the taskbar disappearedSeveral fixes were run several timesAll commends where run on CMD or Powershell as administratorDISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealthsfc /scannowThe main problem right now is that the fixes don't work because of a glitch in BITS (background intelligence transfer service) it does not start it and it is in manual mode in in the servicesEven removing it and rei
