Can't install Whats App on my PC.

I am unable to download WhatsApp. I had it installed on my PC but deleted it as videos were not working correctly. I had audio up only a still for the video. When I tried to reload it will not complete the process and I get this error. "Sorry about that!. Something went worng. We're aware of the issue and are working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later. Code. 0x80073D05." I have tried several things but no luck yet to install it. I am running windows10. The app works fine on my phone.
