I cleared my disk, clean installed my windows, switched from windows 11 to 10 and after that my laptop always connecting to the same ip adress. It mostly downloads huge amount of data. I think it happens when downloading updates from Microsoft. Checked my activity monitor too. It uses Host Process for Windows Services. Specifically Delivery Optimization. Why this specific IP adress is connected?
