Recently I have baught hp envy laptop, after using it for 1-2 hours screen is getting frozen and it's automatically getting restarted. I have updated the laptop , still the same problem is happening. Then I thought may be some virus is there , so I did factory reset the full laptop, but still the same problem. Is there any hardware issue or some driver issue? Please help me sold the problem.
