I tried to access my account (was blocked). Filled out a recovery form. But received a message (I created a new account), that Microsoft is ignoring my request because I had activated two-step authorization. But that's why I made a request to restore access to my blocked account, because I lost the ability to use such authorization (two steps) And what should I do now? All the methods that Microsoft recommended do not work in my case
