Stuck on restart screen after updating

I tried to update my computer this morning, and it's stuck on the restart screen. I've tried to open task manager but that doesn't work, and I don't have access to the rest of my computer to run commands as a result. It won't shut off either. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the rest of the answers to similar questions require access to the computer, which I don't have.
