How to programmatically initiate bluetooth tethering in windows 10/11.

I have my iphone linked to tether with my windows 10 tablet via bluetooth. I use the "join personal area network option from the bluetooth system tray app.Is there any way to initiate this connection programmatically via a python or powershell script?
