Illumnated black screen dell laptop

Recently, I was using my Dell G15 laptop and all of a sudden it froze. I did a hard reboot and after turning back on it made me put in recovery key and do system repair. After that I clicked restart and it was stuck on the Dell logo loading screen for more than 2 hours so I did a hard reboot again. After lots more hard reboots my laptop now boots up but stays on an illuminated black screen and I can't access anything. I tried Win + Ctrl + Shift + B and it didn't work, I tried going to BIOS setup and it didn't work, I tried an external monitor and nothing works. I even tried the LCD BIST and ev
