Pc keeps BSOD/just overall stops working, how can i fix?

Ive been having an issue with my pc mainly with games where i would play league and after the game ends and goes to the launcher i get the BSOD. I later tried playing a small indie game and it turns out when i close that game and arrive at my wallpaper, within a minute my music playing freezes, my applications freeze (taskmanager, discord, chrome) yet i can still move my mouse around. Sometimes i can open things but they wont work. Cant even at times click on the bottom right to change my wifi. On top of that if it lets me restart or shutdown, it goes in an endless loop where my pc just sits s
