Intermittent Wi-Fi Disconnection Issue on Windows Laptops Despite Strong Signal Strength

Dear Respected Concerns,Most users experience frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and reconnections, causing significant problems, even though the signal strength shows as 'Excellent.' Furthermore, the users facing this issue are connected to the same access point (AP) as other users, but only a few random users, who are using Windows laptops, experience this problem. These users have Windows 10 or 11 installed with activated licenses.Currently, whenever a user encounters this issue, we have to update or reinstall their Wi-Fi driver, which resolves the problem for some users, but not for everyone.
