Microsoft Print to PDF on Windows Server 2019 is not maintaining the exact image color(RGB) while Print to PDF. Is it a bug?

I am using Windows Server 2019 to create my client logo image in Microsoft Paint. I have created a rectangle shape and I filled rectangle with required color. For example filled with color code rgb(0,98,39) and added text on it with white color. Saved image with name Logo1 with 24 bit BMP format. Now opened same image and I want to convert my logo image file into PDF file, so I used print option and selected 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and saved file with Logo1.pdf extension. When opened saved PDF file (Logo1.pdf) and checked color of the logo particularly the rectangle which I fil
