The screenshots that I take on my 17" HP Envy (i7) regularly exceed 10MB. This is too big a file size; it takes up a lot of storage and means I can't paste them directly into messages due to file size limits. I use Windows 11.Is there a way that I can make have my laptop produce smaller screenshots; for the screenshot itself to be 5MB or under when it's taken? I know that I can use various software to make an image smaller (my default has been to paste it into Word, then copy and paste it where I need). But this takes extra time and is very frustrating, so I have no interest in such 'solutions
