OneDrive Folder red X issue-only in computer but not on my laptop

Hi:I'm experiencing an issue with one of my OneDrive folders on my computer; it's showing a red X. Interestingly, my laptop has no issues with the same folder. When I click on the folder with the red X, it doesn't show the red X on any subfolder or file within that folder. There is also no sync issue showing on my OneDrive. I have already tried ALL the troubleshooting steps for fixing OneDrive sync problems. I even tried the "Get Help" option (what a waste of time). Unfortunately, as a long-time customer, I'm unable to speak to a live person for assistance. My last resort is this forum before
