Windows 11 lock-screen cards not showing up

I can't get my lock-screen cards working no matter what solutions I did (restarting, sfc/scannow, fix windows image, clean install, reg edit, edit groupe policy, ext...) I've noticed that many of those who have the same as my Windows 11 version, which is the latest, always have the lock-screen cards normally. i can't figure out what the causes of this issue, my windows is fully and latest updated and the cards is turned on in the settings (weather and more...). I've tried every solution out there on the internet but nothing helped. And just to keep in mind: I had these cards working before
