Hiya! I recently purchased a pair of headphones just a couple of months ago, and I have been eager to use them. However, I am encountering an issue with my Windows 10 Home Edition laptop, as it doesn't seem to recognize my headphones. When I check the audio output devices, the headphones do not appear in the list, and the same issue occurs with the input devices. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, nothing has resolved the problem so far. I would really appreciate any advice or solutions to help me get my headphones working with my laptop. I've asked this 3 months a
