Digital License after hardware change

Hello, I just swapped over my motherboard and CPU and tried to use the activation wizard to take my digital licence over to the new mobo, but the tool will not list my new device as an option. I have purchased the digital license myself separately and it is linked to my account which was used on the old mobo (it confirmed this before swapping over) and is now being used on the new mobo. My online account recognises that the new mobo is being used with my account as I can see it listed on the Microsoft Home section alongside my old mobo under devices, but using the activation tool it wont show
