Windows 2003 Net Send

You're speaking with someone who is being thrown into working with a server

that has never worked on one before, so with that said, I'm trying to

understand how I can send a message to all users. We are having trouble with

e-mail so I'm wanting to by-pass it and go directly through the server.

Net send is an option. just google "net send" and you can get the proper

command line and syntax's.
