Play sound simultaneously through both Internal Speakers and External USB Soundcard

I have a situation where I am using a laptop for simple music playback via a USB sound card.I would like to be able to hear the music also through the laptop's internal speakers simultaneously. However with Window's seemingly very basic audio settings, all I seem to be able to do is switch between those two destinations. I realise that if I was using a more high end audio editor / DAW then the app may have options for multiple multitrack outputs but I'd like to stick to a simple 'Media Player' type of app if possible.
