September 28, 2024 | Order number 2217547028 I ordered the Upgrade from HOME to PRO. $99.00. Shows Completed. Was charged. The Activation prompt requires the NEW 25 character KEY. That was not sent. No way to get KEY or REFUND Found.The Microsoft Store is disfunctional and does not have Contact/Support options.
