Why won't my online work in FH5

The first time I bought the game from Microsoft it worked it was fine the next day every time I try it says I disconnected try again and my Internet is fine I checked the firewall it was ok it's weird I need help bad also since the online doesn't work I cannot for some reason pick any car colors that other people made when I by or wanna customize a car when I try it just loads and never pops up. And the Horizon Forzathon won't let me in the shop it always says this feature has been temporary disabled please help
