Grace period after removing Per User Remote Desktop CALs

I have the situation to remove per user CALs at my remote desktop licensing manager at my Windows 2019 machines. Will 120 days grace period be started after removing this CALs as I might need a few more days to buy new CALs? I have 1000 user CALs at two remote desktop service licensing manager.
