SDDL permission changes to allow non-admin service account to SQL Services

I have managed service account with local admin privilege. I created non-admin service account and I want to give it the same permissions as the managed service account has. I got SID and SDDL string. I tried to make changes to SDDL and it said success. I am trying to configure it for Logic Monitor so SQL Server Services can be monitored but it doesn't pick up any SQL Services. Is there specific SDDL string change required? Is the non-admin user supposed to be in specific group?
