Why are you discontinuing updates to Windows 10 and essentially forcing an upgrade to Windows 11 if it's missing even some of the most basic features

The problem is I use 3 monitors and I keep the windows taskbar on the far right side of the far right monitor, so that it is no longer along the bottom middle screen. There is no option to relocate the taskbar for some reason, so now I'm stuck with this absolutely obnoxious thing in the middle of my screen and the most I can do is hide it.
