Can’t connect to WiFi or Bluetooth

For some reason my laptop won’t connect to my WiFi at all. When I view the Network & Internet settings there is only an option to connect via Ethernet. Every other device I have is connected to the WiFi fine but still I restarted the modem and to no avail. I then tried to connect to my phones hotspot and that’s when I noticed that for some reason I also couldn’t turn on Bluetooth on my laptop either. I found this thread Redirecting and followed its advice to uninstall the
