Can someone verify my PC's CPU/MEMORY usage is normal or too high or any unnecessary process!, just need some verdict on this.

I am not sure if image is inserted in my post or not (i cant see it, but i have got a prompt saying the image is inserted successfully). Is there some way i can provide full details/ report about my CPU/ MEMORY usage so that you can get to know the full picture of whats going on. I have generated a report using Windows Performance Monitor, i can share if u need it, is it safe to share here?
