I'm having an issue with OneDrive being over my limit and I want to download some or all the files on OneDrive to my local harddrive then upload them selectively. I asked this question on Sept. 27th, and it was answered, but I think there was some confusion as to what exactly I wanted to do. When I explained, I never got a new reply on the correct information, so here's the conversation.
