I have identified several folders with files in my personal Win 11 PC that I have tried unsuccessfully to force delete in safe mode. Any suggestions?

I have identified several folders with files in my personal Win 11 PC that have taken partial control of Edge and Chrome by showing as "Managed by your organization". I have tried unsuccessfully to force delete them in safe mode and tried all other suggestions in these forums. The undeletable main folder name is "Web Genius Solutions". In Chrome the undeletable extension is named GalacticGravinorAny suggestions?Chris
