why Laptop is showing wrong time and date though i have set up time and date at automatic mode.

Wrongly it is showing Vilnius Latvian time, but it should show Amsterdam Netherlands time. The windows update to Windows 11, version 23H2 just completed on 1 Oct 2024.Also when I take it off automatic and put it back to Amsterdam time (GMT+1), as soon as I put on automatice it switches back again to Vilnius GMT +2
