2 monitors, unable to get same resolution

Similar to this: Redirecting moved within my office and got 2 new identical monitors. One's display res is set at 1600x900 which is fine but the other's max is 1280x720 so looks huge (and blurry) till I zoom out. These are the Dell monitors with the built in "dock" so everything is hooked up through monitor #1. Obviously this is a Windows bug, so how do I fix it?
