I have a repeating failure to complete the upgrade "2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043064)" For many weeks now the upgrade fails to install with the error" Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try again ........... Error Code 0x80070003." I have searched everywhere for solutions to this error and implemented everyone I can find to no avail. I have studied the upgrade logs and do not identify the cause for the problem. The PC (i7 3.40 GHz 16 GB memory) is running Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 Build 19045.4529. The PC is old and ran
