Windows Server 2022 Not Yielding results for Excel content Search

I have a new Windows Server 2022 Standard and it is used as a file server. I have setup search including the MS Office filters and cannot search for content of Excel files. Content search works for Word and pdf files. What am I missing to get results for Excel content search?
