I'm using Windows 11 & Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop. Periodically the screen freezes and instead of a cursor an hour glass displays. It always seems to happen when I'm using Firefox browser (though that may be because that's what I spend most of my time on my desktop using).Ctrl+alt=del doesn't display task manager. I can't restart the desktop or close out of the browser. I have to shut down & unplug the desktop power and restart. Is there any log or any other way I can find out what process is causing this, after I restart? Are there any particular apps I should look to most likely to
