Battery icon is showing at 90% charging (plugged in) but indicator light is blinking orange

Hi there, hello!I have the following problem: My Laptop tells me the battery is fully charged (100%) and it also recognizes that the charger is plugged in, but the indicator light is blinking orange, as if the battery was very low. The laptop is plugged in the whole time. As soon as I unplug the charger, the laptop immediately shuts down, like it does when it's at 0%. I can't turn on the laptop, unless it is plugged in.Here's what I have tried so far:- update Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery (by uninstalling it and restarting my device)- trying to do a BIOS reset (by turning the
