Previously- Overheating now it is BSOD

Previously I had an overheating issue now -Blue Screens of Death (BSODs) on my Windows 10 machine, and I'm struggling to identify the cause. The error messages vary, but common ones include "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL," "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA," and "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL." I've checked Event Viewer, but the logs don't provide clear indications of the issue.I've searched various forums and followed instructions to enable Minidump files, but surprisingly, no Minidump files are being generated in the %SystemRoot%\Minidump folder.
