I have a simple API developed with .NET 8, which connects to a postgreSQL DB using Npgsql version 4.0.0 .The API opens the connection, queries the database version, and closes the connection.the API was uploaded to 2 servers, running Windows Server 2019 and exposing the API via IIS.Both servers have:the same version of IISsame IIS configurationsame deployment pathsame API build loadedsame .NET Core hosting bundleThe API build has:same web.configsame pathsame librarysame buildBut, while on one server everything works correctly, the other generates this error during the connection.open(); Values
